An important global insurance company is looking for a Hazard Forecaster to join its
workforce analytics team. This critical role supports operational decisions related to staffing
and performance across our service network.
You’ll analyze trends, generate forecasts, and provide staffing insights that drive real impact.

🔍 Key Responsibilities
● Analyze data across systems to forecast workloads and staffing needs.
● Deliver long- and short-term volume projections for multiple internal clients.
● Present insights and recommendations in regular meetings with Operations.
● Provide reports and dashboards to support capacity planning and SLA management.
● Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in forecasting and volume analysis.
✅ Requirements
● Minimum 3 years’ experience in forecasting, workforce planning, or analytics.
● Strong knowledge of forecasting best practices and terminology.
● Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros).
● Background in statistics or data analysis.
● Ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
● English C1 level – mandatory.
