Lead Data Analyst

We are looking for a Lead Data Analyst to join our team and collaborate with stakeholders to design, develop, and maintain reliable data pipelines using Apache Airflow.

Responsibilities

Translate business goals into data-driven strategies, ensuring a focus on technical implementation
Develop and manage data pipelines in Apache Airflow to enhance data processing capabilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver insights using metrics like LTV, ARPPU, and Retention
Use Databricks on AWS to manage large-scale databases efficiently and improve query execution
Apply PySpark for advanced data analytics and transformations
Create dashboards and analytical reports using Tableau or comparable visualization tools
Coordinate with team members through Slack/Jira to address challenges and optimize processes
Utilize GitHub for version control to maintain solution consistency and quality
Analyze data patterns to provide actionable recommendations for business improvements
Uphold high standards for data accuracy, reporting, and documentation quality
Prioritize and manage deliverables effectively in a dynamic working environment

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in a Data Analyst role within data engineering or data science
Strong communication abilities in both verbal and written formats, with English proficiency at B2 or above
Proficiency in PySpark and Databricks, with familiarity or transferable knowledge of BigQuery or Snowflake
Knowledge of key product business metrics like LTV, ARPPU, and Retention
Expertise in Tableau or similar reporting tools to create impactful data visualizations
Background in managing large-scale databases and implementing database optimization approaches
Competency in delivering comprehensive data solutions, from concept to execution
Familiarity with task scheduling tools like Airflow or alternative platforms

Nice to have

Knowledge of AWS Simple Storage Service and its role in data pipeline integration
Familiarity with Apache Airflow and ELT/ETL platforms for process enhancement
Skills in Salesforce Tableau or SQL to enable data querying and visualization
Background in Snowflake or equivalent cloud-based data platforms
Understanding of gaming industry metrics and KPIs
