To strengthen our motivated Sales Food & Specialities Team at our headquarters in Vienna, we are looking for a passionate Head of Commercial Excellence (m/f/d).

Your Role

• You manage and improve Sales data quality for our MM Packaging division
• You prepare sales analysis required by the business
• You coordinate tender preparations, consolidation of tender results and support our EKAMs / Category Managers in challenging data prepared by plants
• You support our sales organisation with your Controlling and Business knowledge as a business partner
• You lead pricing standarisation projects and manage pricing / costing knowledge inequalities between plants including the best practice sharing
• You manage and develop customer dashboards (e.g. sales pipeline, turnover dashboard)
  
  

Your Profile

• You have a master's degree within finance or economics
• You have min. 5 years experience in an controlling function at a plant in a similar manufacturing organisation
• You have already gained management experience and like to work in an international and fast-pacing environment with great variety in challenges to manage
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the drive to change
• You like to work independently and are capable to work under pressure
• You are part of a motivated and highly experienced team
• You are willing to travel 30% of the time
• You have excellent communication skills in written and spoken English (C-Level)
