Product Manager

BiLira is a leading FinTech venture from Turkey, backed by notable investors and partners. Our core technology, TRYB, is a stable cryptocurrency pegged 1-to-1 to the Turkish Lira and is one of the largest non-USD stablecoins by market cap. Recently, we launched a crypto exchange platform designed to offer deep liquidity and the best prices for our users.

We are seeking a motivated Product Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our product team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and design, to shape the future of financial products and services.

Responsibilities

• Work with software development team to ensure product quality and progress, and to achieve the completion of product milestones.
• Prepare product requirement documents (PRDs) and user stories, define acceptance criteria, and ensure their applicability throughout the development process.
• Continuously analyze user feedback & product usage metrics to identify missing features and important pain points.
• Understand how and why users use a feature and define improvement points.
• Review, analyze, and evaluate user needs, competitive threats, trends and opportunities.
• Communicate with internal, external parties in the scope of ongoing projects.
• Communicate with partners to identify integration and development details.
• Identify and understand new and existing regulations, analyze risks and define any change requirements.
• Explain solution details to the team and clarify ambiguities.
• Oversee tasks to make sure that they are proceeding according to plan.
• Report project status/progress to CPO.

The Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.
• 3+ years of product management experience, preferably within the crypto or fintech sectors.
• Strong technical background with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts.
• Understanding of blockchain technologies, cryptocurrency markets.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
• Proficient in using behavioral analytics tools to drive product decisions and market fit analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to a variety of audiences.
