AI Engineer (Python + GenAI)

Contract: B2B with 12 months duration

Poland - Work mode: Hybrid mode in any polish city client office (2 days per week from office, possible negotiations)

Companies Poland’s Digital& is a team of creative people focused on development in the field of DATA in its broadest sense. Our area of interest includes machine learning, MLOps, Data Engineering and everything related to data. We carry out projects related to ML, forecasting and, last but not least, Explainable AI. We support clients in a number of industries: banking, insurance, retail, and location: Europe, the US, South America and Asia.

Your future role:

● Developing innovative solutions, both internally and for Companies US clients by leveraging cutting-edge machine learning and AI technologies.

● Developing intelligent assistants using the latest large language models (e.g., GPT-4, Falcon 2, LLAMA 3, Mixtral), employing Retrieval Augmented Generation techniques, and utilizing agent frameworks (e.g., Langraph, CrewAI).

● Utilizing AI and software engineering expertise to recommend the most effective technical approaches and solution architectures for addressing business challenges.

● Participation in software deployments and working closely with Companies industry experts and users in solving ongoing issues

● Collecting, preprocessing and analyzing large datasets for training AI models

● Contributing to project documentation

Apply if you have:

● 3+ years of relevant professional experience;

● Professional experience in building applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) and related concepts & design patterns (e.g. RAG, vector DBs, embeddings, prompt engineering, multi-agent systems)

● Familiarity with LLM frameworks (e.g. Langchain, LLamaindex)

● Knowledge and experience in production grade code development in Python

● Understanding of cloud concepts and architectures, with hands-on experience in cloud services (Azure, GCP or AWS) and containerization tools (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes)

● Expertise in data manipulation in Python (e.g. Pandas, NumPy)

● Ability to work with large datasets and perform data cleaning, transformation, and manipulation ● Graduated in Economics, Econometrics, Quantitative Methods, Computer Science, Maths, Physics, Operational Research or a related discipline ● Proficiency in English, both written and spoken

● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice to have:

● Knowledge of frameworks and Python libraries related to GenAI agents (e.g. Langraph, CrewAI, Autogen, Taskweave)

● Knowledge of Natural Language Processing techniques

● Knowledge of an extra programming language (e.g. C#, Go, Java)

● Hands-on development experience with .NET technology stack (C#, SQL Server, Azure PaaS, Azure DevOps and CI/CD Pipelines)
