Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on HR Generalist to join our growing team in a dynamic IT environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a wide range of HR responsibilities, supporting both strategic initiatives and day-to-day HR operations. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with managers and employees to foster a positive and productive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding.
• Administer HR policies, procedures, and programs in line with company values and local labor laws.
• Manage talent acquisition, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
• Coordinate onboarding processes and ensure a smooth experience for new hires.
• Handle employee relations matters, helping to resolve issues fairly and in a timely manner.
• Support performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback cycles.
• Manage HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, updating HRIS, and preparing HR documents.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety regulations, and company policies.
• Support training and development initiatives across the company.
• Promote employee engagement through events, surveys, and internal communications.
• Comply with ISO27001 standards
  
  

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role, preferably in a tech or fast-paced environment.
• Solid understanding of labor legislation and HR best practices.
• Experience with HR software (RecruiterFlow) is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); other languages are a plus.
• Able to multitask and adapt in a growing, agile company.
