General Information

In this role, you're part of the Global Functional Team (GFT), focusing on People Development (PD) across Europe. Your main job is to support and drive PD topics by sharing knowledge, offering expert advice, and making sure everyone’s on the same page through clear communication and training.

You’ll also be hands-on with the tools we use for PD—helping roll them out, making sure they work smoothly, and supporting others when they need help. You’ll work closely with PD colleagues in different countries and regions, as well as with the global team.

On top of that, you’ll be the go-to person for second-level support from the Shared Services Center (SSC), helping solve more complex issues when they come up.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, support the design, implementation and improvement of the PD projects, tools & processes in across Europe according to the business needs;
  • Collaborate between Global GFTs, sub-regions, countries, SSC as well as other stakeholders within the area of PD;
  • Set the governance and review PD processes in the European Region and assure consistent standards deployment across the Region;
  • Create communication material and communicate matters related to the PD processes and initiatives;
  • Conduct reports and analyze derived data for regular as well as on demand review related to PD processes and relevant KPIs on Regional level;
  • Prepare relevant analysis, dashboards and presentations related to projects and processes around PD for the respective stakeholder;
  • Responsible for creating awareness and information sharing about initiatives and tools related to the area of People Development in Region Europe;
  • Establish and maintain a network within the company to be able to effectively influence decision-making process in the own area of responsibility.

Your Qualifications

  • Must have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree, in Human Resources or equivalent education in a related field;
  • A minimum of 2 years relevant working experience in Human Resource sector, preferably personnel development, recruitment, organizational development, project & change management;
  • Understanding other key HR processes is a plus;
  • Analytical and conceptual skills, process numbers and data with ease and accuracy;
  • Assertiveness with strong communication skills and high level of social and intercultural sensitivity;
  • Very good English skills (written and verbal);
  • Very good MS Office skills as well as SAP SuccessFactors will be an advantage;
  • Project management mindset, proactive and self-driven;
  • Team oriented, willingness to learn and adapt to change as well as take initiative.
