This role is part of the Project Management Office team, supporting cybersecurity audits and IT & Security Governance consultancy projects for large-scale clients (Banks, Insurance Companies, Brokers, Public Sector).
You will work alongside senior colleagues, learning to conduct cybersecurity audits and assist clients in developing stronger IT and Security Governance frameworks. The role is ideal for candidates looking to build a career in cybersecurity, willing to learn, and able to adapt in a dynamic environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and delivery of cybersecurity audit missions under the guidance of senior team members
- Assist with audit testing and preparing recommendations
- Help review and evaluate IT and security controls in client environments
- Document findings and draft basic audit or compliance reports
- Contribute to consultancy projects for IT & Security Governance (policies, procedures, controls)
- Help monitor and update security measures for client systems and networks
- Participate in writing, reviewing, and updating documentation (policies, procedures, audit reports)
- Communicate technical findings in an understandable way for non-technical staff
- Maintain a learning mindset and seek continuous improvement
Professional requirements:
- Ideally 1-3 years of experience in IT, compliance, cybersecurity or audit roles (internships, entry-level jobs, or relevant university projects count)
- Basic understanding of IT systems or cybersecurity concepts is a plus
- Familiarity with any security standards (e.g., ISO27001) or audit principles is welcome but not mandatory
- Previous exposure to client environments or consulting is a plus, but not required
- Willingness to learn from senior colleagues and grow into more responsibility
