Assignment – Cutover Lead for ERP Transition

We are seeking an experienced Cutover Lead to take responsibility for overseeing the complete transition process from legacy systems to a new ERP environment. The position requires strategic and hands-on coordination of both technical and business teams to ensure a controlled and effective go-live. The role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners throughout the transition lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive the overall cutover strategy and execution plan
• Coordinate activities across IT, business units, and external vendors
• Ensure alignment of resources and confirm readiness of systems and environments
• Lead planning sessions, rehearsals, and final cutover execution
• Identify, manage, and escalate risks or issues tied to the transition
• Support the stabilization phase and handover to operations after go-live
• Maintain governance and consistency across potential future deployments
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of experience working in IT or ERP programs, with a strong track record in cutover leadership
• Demonstrated success in managing SAP or similar ERP go-lives
• Strong skills in planning, coordination, and communication across diverse teams
• Familiarity with ERP landscapes, integrations, and deployment methods
• A structured and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure
