QA Engineer – Poland

We’re looking for a QA Engineer in Poland to help us ensure our software products meet the highest quality standards before release. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering and product teams in Poland and the USA to test and validate next-generation financial applications used by global institutions.

QA Engineer - Responsibilities

• Analyse product requirements, technical specs, and designs to provide actionable QA feedback;
• Design and maintain detailed test cases for web apps, APIs, databases, and backend logic
• Lead and coordinate manual and automated testing efforts across multiple product features
• Execute and improve frontend testing (forms, UI, user workflows);
• Create and run automated test scripts using Selenium, Cypress and Postman;
• Conduct API testing to validate data flows, authentication, and integration with other systems;
• Document and track bugs, manage regression testing, and contribute to overall QA process development.

QA Engineer - Requirements

• Proven QA experience in a software engineering environment;
• Strong grasp of manual and automated testing methodologies;
• Experience in white-box and black-box testing, with tools like Selenium or Postman;
• Familiarity with SQL and scripting basics (Java);
• Agile/Scrum team experience;
• Bonus: exposure to performance or security testing;
• Excellent communication skills in English;
• Proactive, self-driven, and collaborative mindset.
