JavaScript Developer

We are seeking an experienced JavaScript Developer to join our team.

In this position, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-performance applications using Node.js and Angular while delivering innovative solutions in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. Please note that this role requires three days of on-site work at the EPAM office in Krakow or Gdansk.

Responsibilities

• Build, enhance, and support a Node.js proxy application operating on AWS infrastructure
• Execute unit and integration testing to maintain high-quality and reliable code
• Perform end-to-end testing with Playwright to verify application functionality
• Engage in Agile ceremonies to ensure alignment with team objectives and deliverables
• Contribute to refinement and planning sessions to define and prioritize project tasks
  
  
  

Requirements

• A degree or relevant education in systems, software, or information technology
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in software development, especially in analytics-focused projects
• Advanced expertise in JavaScript
• Practical experience with Node.js and Nest.js for backend development
• Proven experience working with Angular for frontend development
• Strong knowledge of TypeScript, RxJS, and unit testing
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL databases
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and development processes
• Proficient English communication skills (written and spoken) at a B2 level or higher
