Your role

We’re looking for a seasoned recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, specialist environment. You’ll take full ownership of your niche market, identifying, engaging, and placing exceptional candidates in high-impact roles that shape the future of technology in the Middle East.

What you'll do

• Build and manage a strong pipeline of AI, Data, Cybersecurity, Cloud, software and systems engineering
• Own and grow your vertical, permanent or contract, across the GCC.
• Consistently hit and exceed individual revenue and placement targets.
• Maintain strong client relationships and exceed SLAs.
• Use your insight and market knowledge to influence clients and candidates alike.
• Collaborate closely with leadership and peers to deliver results and share success.

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 3 years recruitment experience, ideally in AI, Cyber, cloud or IT.
• Proven ability to place mid-to-senior talent across complex, high-tech verticals.
• Confident communicator with a strong commercial mindset.
• Tech-savvy, self-driven, and highly organised.
• Based in Dubai.
