Job Responsibilities

Reporting to the Senior Manager Service Delivery, your role involves:

• Leading end-to-end project management for IT and digital transformation initiatives.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to gather business requirements and define project scope.
• Developing detailed project plans, allocate resources, and ensure timely delivery.
• Translating logistics operational needs into system requirements and drive deployment of solutions (e.g., WMS).
• Coordinating with vendors and internal teams to manage service delivery and solution implementation.
• Conducting training sessions to support system adoption and ensure smooth transitions.
• Tracking project performance, risks, and provide clear updates to senior management.

Job Requirements

As a successful candidate, you should have:

• At least 4 years of hands-on project management experience.
• Must have logistics/supply chain domain experience, particularly with warehouse operations and WMS.
• Strong ability to communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent skills in planning, execution, and problem-solving.
• Should be ok with full-time on-site.
