What this actually means: We have built our own L1 blockchain, and a backend technical structure for protocols and ecosystem to make digital infrastructure efficient, secure and more accessible. Our global products and tools are natively built for web 3.0 world. You will work with teams working on tech products across blockchain, and distributed systems – for a real-world problem solving.

We're taking on established paths and conventional wisdom about how the Tech and Internet should work. Underlying principle is to solve the hard problem of protecting user rights, digital intellectual property rights and protection of assets in an age of AI and instant replication.

Role: Solution Architect

We’re looking for a Solution Architect to convert business requirements into design of scalable and robust technology solutions ensuring best practices in system performance, security, and compliance are implemented. You’ll lead architectural discussions with engineering and product teams to prepare system architecture documents, technical diagrams, and integration plans.

Location: Noida (Hybrid) / 5 days

What will you get to do?

• Built and design scalable, secure, and high-availability systems.
• Prepare system architecture documents, technical diagrams, and integration plans.
• Collaboration with pre-sales teams for client demos, proposals, and POCs.
• Ensure best practices in system performance, security, and compliance are implemented.

Profile Expectations:

• Bachelor's or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years in software development or architecture roles, with strong design expertise.
• Deep knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Hands-on experience with microservices, APIs, containers (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Strong command of one or more backend languages (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Hiring Process:

• 3-4 rounds of interviews with Function, HR & senior leaders.
