Senior React/Next.js Developer

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional specializing in React.js and Next.js development to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our development team, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable web applications. This position is based onsite in Abu Dhabi, requiring minimum 3 days a week in the office.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using React.js and Next.js
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in React.js and Next.js development

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience in React.js and Next.js development
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including ES6+ syntax
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL
• Familiarity with server-side rendering and SSR optimization
• Experience with version control systems such as Git
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)

Desired Skills (not required but a plus):

• Knowledge of modern front-end build pipelines and tools
• Familiarity with Docker and containerization
• Previous experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Contributions to open-source projects or personal projects showcasing your skills
