Senior Python Developer

We are looking for a skilled Senior Python Developer to join our team and contribute to creating scalable, high-performance applications.

In this role, you will collaborate with a diverse team of developers and stakeholders to deliver cutting-edge solutions using modern frameworks and technologies.

Responsibilities

Build high-quality backend systems using Python, preferably with FastAPI
Design reliable APIs in collaboration with frontend teams
Manage and optimize databases by utilizing SQL for effective data storage and retrieval
Oversee containerization and orchestration processes with Docker and Kubernetes
Integrate deployment pipelines efficiently within cloud platforms like Amazon Web Services
Align system architecture with business objectives through cross-functional collaboration
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and technical issues
Conduct code reviews and promote clean, maintainable coding practices
Support the development process with automated workflows and pipelines
Document projects thoroughly and offer technical guidance during planning phases

Requirements

A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in backend development with Python
Proficiency in cloud platforms, specifically Amazon Web Services
Expertise in creating user interfaces with ReactJS or Svelte using TypeScript
Competency in containerization and orchestration processes with Docker and Kubernetes
Skills in integrating and managing SQL databases
Background in working with Golang or other backend programming languages is an advantage

Nice to have

Knowledge of automated testing frameworks in JavaScript environments
Experience with E2E testing tools such as Playwright or Selenium
Understanding of developer platforms like Backstage
Competency in ensuring code quality using tools like SonarQube
Proficiency in setting up CI/CD workflows using GitHub Actions
