We are seeking a UX/UI Lead (Manager) for a technology group based in Abu Dhabi, focused on building a global digital ecosystem powered by AI.

With an impressive tech leadership team already in place, this role partners closely with the Head of Product to shape design strategies across a range of products, each at different stages of development.

Reporting indirectly to the C-suite, this position offers the chance to drive impactful design influence across multiple product organizations within a company committed to significant investments in AI and product innovation.

As the Product Design Lead, you will manage a team of UX/UI Designers while remaining hands-on with design work to ensure quality and cohesion across projects.

MUST HAVE experience:

• Proven experience designing zero-to-one products in a product-driven organization, with an impressive portfolio showcasing ground-up design work
• Management experience overseeing at least three designers, combined with a commitment to staying hands-on with design tasks
• Strong balance of UX and UI skills, with expertise in design thinking and discovery
• Demonstrated longevity and impact in previous roles.
