Are you an experienced HR Generalist in search for your next career move?
We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Generalist to join our client's dynamic healthcare team in Cork.
This permanent & hybrid role offers the opportunity to contribute to a purpose-driven organisation that values people, innovation, and excellence in patient care.
The successful candidate will support a broad range of HR functions, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance with employment legislation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to managers and employees across the organisation.
* Manage the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
* Support employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
* Ensure compliance with Irish employment law and internal policies.
* Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
* Coordinate training and development initiatives to support employee growth.
* Maintain accurate HR records and HRIS data.
* Support HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS
* Relevant experience in a HR Generalist or similar role, ideally within the healthcare or regulated sector.
* Strong knowledge of Irish employment legislation.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
* CIPD qualification or working towards it is desirable.
* Travelling within Ireland is required for this role so access to own transport is preferred
