Procter & Gamble is looking for a skilled and innovative Java Software Developer (Mid) to join our dynamic development team.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications that meet our clients' needs.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, propose solutions, and implement robust software solutions.

Responsibilities

Develop high-quality, scalable, and efficient software applications using various programming languages such as Java, React on frontend.
Develop high-quality, scalable, and efficient software applications using Java, Vanilla JS and Typescript
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze software requirements, ensuring a thorough understanding of project objectives.
Design and implement software solutions that adhere to industry best practices, coding standards, and project guidelines.
Perform thorough testing and debugging of software applications to ensure optimal functionality and performance.
Continuously optimize software applications to improve efficiency, scalability, and user experience.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in software development, applying them to enhance our development processes.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and QA engineers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Document software design, development processes, and project progress to facilitate future enhancements and maintenance.

Required

Job Qualifications

Practical and hands on experience in software development in JAVA with OOP Spring Boot
Hands on experience configuring CI/CD tools
Experience with SCRUM and DevOps methodologies.
A Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Engineering or related field.
The ability to work independently.
Fluent in English.

Preffered

Strong problem-solving skills paired with experience in programming languages
Experience using source control management (git) to collaboratively build software: branching, merging, code reviews
Understand CI/CD technologies and DevOps philosophies
Experience with Web Services, JavaScript frameworks (Vanilla JS and Typescript) or Spring, XML, REST Technologies
Detail-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering high-quality and well-structured code.
Experience with cloud native development on Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, or Google Cloud Platform.
Ability to communicate technical concepts to teammates and non-technical colleagues.
