The Role: Senior Applied AI Engineer ️

This role is your opportunity to shape the technical direction of our AI initiatives, from ideation and prototyping to production-ready systems that touch thousands of lives daily. You’ll work at the intersection of Machine Learning, NLP, and software engineering, building real-world solutions in Golang and scaling them across our platform.

You be optimizing models and solving problems that redefine how people experience housing.

  • Build and deploy AI-driven features that power intelligent automation and predictive insights
  • Design and implement production-grade ML solutions in Golang
  • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and design teams to bring applied AI features to life
  • Fine-tune and integrate LLMs and NLP models tailored for specific use cases
  • Push the boundaries of what’s possible with AI in user experience, decision-making, and automation
  • Leverage frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch , and modern AI APIs
  • Maintain a strong focus on responsible AI practices, from data privacy to model interpretability
  • Bring a builder mindset: prototype fast, ship smarter, and scale what works
  • Proven experience designing and deploying generative AI or ML models in production
  • Strong hands-on skills in Golang , with fluency in writing maintainable, performant code
  • Experience with LLMs , NLP , and ML pipelines
  • Comfortable working with AI tooling in Python , TensorFlow , PyTorch , etc.
  • Familiar with cloud infrastructure and scalable AI systems (e.g. AWS, GCP)
  • Deep understanding of ML fundamentals: training, evaluation, optimization, and real-world application
  • Enthusiasm for experimentation, rapid iteration, and learning from data
  • A collaborative mindset and clear communication skills, you’re great at sharing knowledge and learning from others
  • Bonus: Experience with AI code assistants, big data processing, or vertical SaaS solutions
  • Frontend : React, TypeScript
  • AI Integration : Custom LLMs, fine-tuning pipelines, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
