What You’ll Do

Design end-to-end experiences for our products (Client Portal, Back office etc.) from concept through execution.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to turn complex fintech flows into intuitive and elegant solutions.
Use customer insights, data, and usability testing to inform design decisions and iterate quickly.
Create high-fidelity mockups, interaction specs, and design documentation.
Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and scalability across the product.
Contribute to the strategic direction of the product by identifying UX opportunities and design improvements.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

3–5 years of experience in product design
Strong expertise in both UX and UI design
Experience with design systems — creating, maintaining, and scaling is a must
Hands-on experience with user research, including interviews and usability testing
Experience designing for both B2B and B2C products
Solid experience with mobile app interfaces (iOS and Android) — must-have
Experience with AI-powered design tools- to enhance workflow and productivity
Proven track record of designing complex systems for SaaS platforms
Ability to work both independently and within cross-functional teams
Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail
Fintech or payments experience is a strong plus
