What You’ll Do

• Design end-to-end experiences for our products (Client Portal, Back office etc.) from concept through execution.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to turn complex fintech flows into intuitive and elegant solutions.
• Use customer insights, data, and usability testing to inform design decisions and iterate quickly.
• Create high-fidelity mockups, interaction specs, and design documentation.
• Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and scalability across the product.
• Contribute to the strategic direction of the product by identifying UX opportunities and design improvements.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in product design
• Strong expertise in both UX and UI design
• Experience with design systems — creating, maintaining, and scaling is a must
• Hands-on experience with user research, including interviews and usability testing
• Experience designing for both B2B and B2C products
• Solid experience with mobile app interfaces (iOS and Android) — must-have
• Experience with AI-powered design tools- to enhance workflow and productivity
• Proven track record of designing complex systems for SaaS platforms
• Ability to work both independently and within cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail
• Fintech or payments experience is a strong plus
