Lead .NET Developer - Local to Parsippany, NEW Jersey - F2F Interview

  • Provide leadership across the full systems development life cycle (analysis, requirements, design, coding, testing, implementation).
  • Ensure project delivery is completed on time and within budget.
  • Direct component and data architecture design, technology planning, and application development testing.
  • Oversee and lead application development projects and system integrations.
  • Guide and mentor team members, ensuring effective communication and achievement of objectives.
  • Research, evaluate, and support the integration of emerging technologies.
  • Provide expertise and support for application development, integration, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Lead and support junior team members on project tasks and activities.
  • Facilitate collaboration with stakeholders and project teams.
  • Set coding standards and review code for compliance, security, quality, and performance.
  • Support the delivery of customer journey enhancements on the client’s .com website.
  • Monitor and implement emerging technology trends.
  • Ensure documentation creation for applications and integration builds.
  • Lead ongoing maintenance and support activities for applications.
  • Utilize and demonstrate expertise in Angular 18+, .NET 6+, Grafana Loki, SonarQube, Zap/Burp Suite, and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in application development, maintenance, and support in a leadership role.
