About Xestro: Xestro is Australia's largest healthcare practice management software SaaS provider. We’re based in Maroochydore on the Sunshine Coast, offering a fantastic work-life balance in a vibrant region.

The Role: We’re seeking experienced Full Stack Developers to join our established team of 12 developers. This is a strictly on-site position—remote applications will not be considered. Flexible arrangements (full-time, part-time, or casual) are available, offering a secure, long-term role with a competitive hourly rate or salary option.

• Backend: PHP
• Database: AWS MySQL

About You: We’re not focused on formal qualifications—what matters most is your experience and technical capability. Our existing team consists of developers with 3+ years of industry experience, from both self-taught and academic backgrounds.

Skills

We’re looking for developers with strong skills in PHP and MySQL. Knowledge in many of the following areas is highly desirable:

• ReactJS
• API integration
• Database optimisation
• Healthcare data security and compliance
• Cloud infrastructure (AWS)
• CI/CD pipelines
• Containerisation (Docker/Kubernetes)
  
  

Sponsorship: Visa sponsorship may be considered for the ideal candidate; however, this would only be offered after a successful three-month probationary period. As a result, this position is open only to candidates currently residing in Australia on a valid visa.
