Python Developer

Mandatory Skills:

• Python 3.11+ – Solid experience in modern Python versions
• Pandas and NumPy – Strong proficiency in data manipulation and scientific computing
• CI/CD Pipelines – Experience setting up and managing pipelines (preferably in Azure DevOps)
• Team Leadership – Proven experience as a Senior Developer or Technical Lead, leading technical decisions and mentoring others
• Communication & Ownership – Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to take accountability and challenge existing practices constructively

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• PyPSA – Experience with Python for Power System Analysis
• Pandapower – Exposure to the open-source tool for power systems modeling
• Software Governance – Ability to define coding standards, development workflows, and review processes
• DevOps culture – Familiarity with continuous improvement practices and automation across development and operations
