Graphic Designer – Full Time or Part Time (Antwerp)

We are Encore Agency. A creative studio where strategy meets impact and stories get the attention they deserve. We are growing and we are looking for a graphic designer who brings ideas to life with strong visuals and a solid sense of craft.

You care about the details. Whether it is a brand identity, a social campaign, company brochure or a short video, you can shape it into something that looks right, feels right and works.

You will work alongside a committed young team that cares about doing things well, stays curious and approaches every project with intention and creativity. We work across sectors such as food, culture, fashion, non-profit, tech and sport. We adapt our approach and style for every project.

What you will do

• Designing visual content across multiple formats: brand identities, campaign visuals, social assets, presentations, print and digital
• Edit short-form videos for social media, events and branded content
• Translate strategic input into clear and consistent visual systems
• Collaborate with copywriters, strategists and project managers
• Contribute to creative concepts, moodboards and brainstorm sessions

What you bring

• A strong and versatile portfolio with graphic work across branding, layout and digital formats
• Excellent command of Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, IIllustrator, Photoshop and Premiere Pro
• Knowledge of Motion Design and After Effects is a plus
• Strong eye for typography, color, composition and storytelling
• Basic understanding of photography and videography
• Ability to shift between different visual styles without losing clarity
• Proactive, detail-oriented and self-sufficient
• Fluent in Dutch and English. French is a nice extra
