Rate: Up to €300 - €330/day

Working Model: Full-time on-site (due to sensitive data handling)

About the Role

My client is a payments company and they are looking for a Key Management Services Analyst to join the Key Management Delivery (KMD) team in Waterloo. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the secure exchange of cryptographic keys and delivery of key management services to customers worldwide. This is a hands-on, full-time position ideal for someone detail-oriented and passionate about cybersecurity and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the exchange of cryptographic keys and related material with customers
• Operate the security and key management systems within strict security procedures
• Support internal and external stakeholders with both technical and operational queries
• Assist in onboarding new security services and contribute to the improvement of existing ones
• Ensure services adhere to this companies rigorous security standards and protocols
• Maintain detailed and accurate records and documentation of key exchanges

Essential Skills and Experience

• Graduate-level education or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in a technical or IT security-related field
• Familiarity with payment authorization systems is preferred
• Basic knowledge of IT security and cryptography
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical
• Team player with a cooperative mindset and ability to work under pressure
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a high-stakes environment
