About the Role

We are currently looking for an experienced Agile Coach to support one of our prestigious clients in guiding their planning unit toward greater agility, collaboration, and performance. You will play a key role in helping leadership and teams continuously evolve their Agile practices and drive impactful change.

What to Expect

As an Agile Coach, you will:

• Support the leadership team in developing and evolving the Agile capabilities of the planning unit.
• Be a culture shaper, actively supporting mindset change and new ways of working.
• Ensure the right information and insights are surfaced and used to guide decisions and actions at leadership level.
• Own the planning, facilitation, and continuous improvement of key Agile ceremonies and events.
• Work hands-on with teams and leaders to resolve challenges and increase effectiveness.

What Will Make You Successful?

• Deep expertise in Agile and DevOps principles, frameworks, and tools.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Agile coaching and facilitation.
• Hands-on experience in software development or IT delivery environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex dynamics.
• A servant leader approach to mentoring and coaching teams.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills across all levels.
• Ability to design and facilitate workshops, tribe ceremonies, and large group events.
• Outcome-driven mindset, with a focus on measurable value and continuous improvement.
• Comfortable acting as a sparring partner for leadership and challenging the status quo.
• Passion for learning, coaching others, and spreading Agile best practices across the organization.
• Experience in defining and driving OKRs and Agile performance metrics.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment (up to 2 days remote per week).
