Job Scope and Responsibilities

• Gather, review, and analyse business and industry data using data analytics tools, including KPIs, financial reports, and other vital metrics.
• Liaise between various business departments and groups
• Assess options for process improvement, including business process modelling
• Identify and communicate with key stakeholders
• Maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes, operations, and cross-functional teams.
• Creates variance analysis reports and financial models.
• Leads real-time financial performance monitoring.
• Escalates any financial issues to management.
• Sets and tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives linked to CRM, Sales, and current performance.
• Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various sources.
• Utilize statistical and machine learning techniques to develop predictive models and algorithms.
• Analyse and interpret data to uncover insights and trends that support business objectives.
• Design and implement experiments to evaluate new ideas and strategies.
• Visualize and present findings to stakeholders through reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with data engineers and product teams to integrate models into production.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in data analytics.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in data science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a data scientist or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in programming languages and data manipulation libraries
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and statistical analysis.
• Strong data visualization skills using tools like Tableau, Power BI, and related tools
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
