Senior Fullstack Engineer - Client Facing Platform EMEA (F/M/D)

We are looking for a senior engineer to scale our client platform, a mission critical platform central to our business expansion, designed to distribute complex financial and technological products while providing a seamless, institutional-grade client experience.

As the direct engineering partner to both the tech product owner and business product owner while simultaneously leading the technical direction for the engineering team, this unique position gives you both deep business exposure and the authority to translate strategy into execution.

In this capacity, you are accountable to co-shape the platform's architectural integrity, lead its execution, and ensure the engineering effort drives tangible commercial outcomes.

Envisaged scope of responsibility would be a 50/50 split between Front-End and Back-End

• Frontend Architecture, architect and develop the institutional-grade interfaces that expose our complex product suite. Work with the product and design team to create intuitive and rich user experiences for our clients.
• Core Services & Business Logic, take ownership and lead both the implementation and the design of robust and scalable backend and frontend services needed for the platform.
• Strategic Partnership, partner with product leadership to define the long-term technical roadmap, ensuring engineering capabilities are aligned with the firm's strategic business goals.

• For Backend we use Node.js(Nest), Rust(Actix-web)

Requirements

What we're looking for

• With at least 5 years of professional experience, you are proficient in JavaScript frameworks, especially React, and have solid experience with NodeJS or Rust.
• You are skilled in using test frameworks to ensure the reliability and scalability of your code.
• Professional proficiency in English is required, and French language skills are a bonus.
• You possess a keen UX/UI affinity, with a proven track record of developing intuitive and impactful user interfaces.
• Experience in financial markets or DeFi is a plus
• Familiarity with security best practices for web applications.
• Curious, problem-solving mindset with a passion for cutting-edge technologies.
