About The Role

We're looking for our first People Operations Manager to build and own the people function at Hercle. You’ll shape how we hire, onboard, engage, and support a world-class team as we grow. This is a hands-on role with a lot of autonomy, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to make a lasting impact.

You’ll work closely with leadership to scale our culture and systems, making Hercle an exceptional place to work.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and improve all People Ops processes (recruitment, onboarding, benefits, performance, offboarding)
• Manage end-to-end hiring operations in collaboration with team leads
• Build scalable people systems
• Lead initiatives to improve employee experience, engagement, and retention
• Support culture, learning, and team development initiatives
  
  

Requirements

• At least 3+ years experience in People Operations or HR in a startup or high-growth company
• Proven ability to build and run people processes end-to-end
• Comfortable operating independently in a lean environment
• Experience with HR tools
• Excellent communication skills and high EQ
• Bonus: experience in fintech and/or digital assets, IT recruitment
