React JS Developer

We are looking for a Senior Fullstack React Developer to join our team onsite in Veldhoven. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining performant, scalable, and accessible web front-end solutions using React and Next.js. You will collaborate closely with product owners, architects, and other developers, taking full ownership from development to deployment and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop responsive and maintainable web frontend solutions using React and Next.js.
• Build reusable components and libraries for use across applications.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and fellow developers for planning, ideation, reviews, and demos.
• Own the development process from design through deployment and ongoing support.
• Mentor and guide junior developers on coding standards and best practices.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables through peer reviews and test automation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and issues efficiently.
• Advocate for continuous improvement and software engineering best practices.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to a strong team culture.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of professional experience in full stack development.
• Expert-level experience with React, Next.js, HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Hands-on experience with Sitecore XM Cloud (highly preferred).
• Strong working knowledge of Git and deployment using Vercel.
• Solid backend understanding with .NET Core Web API, Azure Functions, and Event Grid.
• Experience building scalable mid- to large-scale web applications.
• CSS tooling experience with CSS Modules, PostCSS, Sass, Tailwind CSS.
• Proficiency with JavaScript testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, or Jasmine.
• Knowledge of browser/client discrepancies and best practices for compatibility.
• Understanding of web performance optimization and use of performance tooling.
• Familiarity with accessibility (WCAG) standards.
• Experience working with Docker and containerized environments.
• Comfortable collaborating across distributed/remote teams.
• Agile/Scrum experience with strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Exposure to enterprise CMS systems like Sitecore XM Cloud.
