Overview

A great opportunity for an experienced Senior Process Engineer to lead and support projects focused on aseptic filling and visual inspection for pre-filled syringes and vials. This hands-on role involves technical leadership, equipment qualification, and process improvement, all within a regulated manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as subject matter expert (SME) for aseptic filling and inspection systems
• Lead and support projects for new and existing equipment
• Oversee equipment specifications and qualification activities
• Contribute to deviation handling and root cause investigations
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, automation, and quality teams
• Support improvements to process reliability and regulatory compliance

Requirements

• Degree in engineering or equivalent experience
• 10+ years in pharmaceutical manufacturing, with strong focus on aseptic processes
• Solid understanding of cleanroom standards (Grade A) and cGMP regulations
• Experience with CAPEX projects, commissioning, and equipment qualification
• Knowledge of automated systems and Part 11 compliance
• Comfortable working with equipment suppliers and cross-functional teams
• Fluent in English; Swedish is a plus
