Program Project Manager

Job Title: Program/Project Manager – Supply Chain & Warehouse Management

Location: Istanbul or other regions in Turkey

Language Requirement: Fluent in English and Turkish

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and autonomous Senior Program/Project Manager to support a critical client engagement in Turkey. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in supply chain operations, particularly in pick and pack processes, warehouse management, and third-party logistics (3PL) coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end project activities related to supply chain and warehouse operations
• Provide expertise in the areas of pick & pack, logistics workflows, and warehouse management systems
• Support the client in RFI and RFP processes
• Manage contract negotiations and execution with 3PL providers
• Ensure governance and alignment throughout the lifecycle of the project
• Serve as the main point of contact for local operational specifics and business practices

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Program or Project Manager in the supply chain domain
• In-depth knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics, including 3PL management
• Strong understanding of Turkish market specifics and regulatory environment
• Fluency in Turkish is mandatory
• Based in Istanbul or any other major region in Turkey
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
