We are representing a prominent financial trading firm seeking a .NET Technical Team Lead with strong Forex domain expertise. The role involves leading a team to deliver high-performance trading platforms, secure payment integrations and scalable back-office systems, while setting technical direction and mentoring developers in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead development of scalable .NET applications using C#, ASP.NET Core, and modern architecture principles.
• Design secure APIs and microservices; integrate with trading platforms (e.g., MT4/MT5) and payment gateways.
• Set performance, security, and reliability standards across production systems.
• Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and champion best practices in CI/CD and automated testing.
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to deliver technical solutions from concept to deployment.

Requirements

• 10+ years of .NET development experience (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core); strong database skills (MS SQL Server).
• Proven team leadership and technical mentorship experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Forex or trading systems, including trading flows and account infrastructure.
• Experience with third-party API/payment integration in secure .NET ecosystems.
• Strong grasp of clean architecture, design patterns, and maintainable code.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
