Assistant Manager – Forensics

We are seeking an experienced and analytical Forensics Manager to lead and manage forensic investigations, anti-fraud engagements, and litigation support services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in forensic accounting, fraud risk management, and regulatory compliance, with the ability to lead teams and deliver high-quality, data-driven insights to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead forensic investigations involving fraud, corruption, financial misconduct, and regulatory breaches.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, reporting, and client communication.
• Conduct forensic accounting analyses, transaction testing, and data analytics to identify anomalies and red flags.
• Support clients in fraud risk assessments, anti-bribery and corruption (ABC) reviews, and compliance program evaluations.
• Provide litigation support, including expert witness preparation, damage quantification, and evidence analysis.
• Collaborate with legal counsel, regulators, and law enforcement as needed.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff, ensuring quality and consistency in deliverables.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CA, CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner), or CAMS are highly preferred.
• 6–9 years of relevant experience in forensic accounting, investigations, or compliance consulting.
• Strong knowledge of fraud schemes, investigative techniques, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., FCPA, UK Bribery Act).
• Proficiency in forensic tools and data analytics platforms (e.g., IDEA, ACL, SQL, Power BI).
• Excellent communication, report writing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and lead cross-functional teams under tight deadlines.
