The Role

You Will Be Responsible For

  • Design and build resilient APIs and distributed systems using Java and Spring Boot
  • Develop and deploy microservices in a Kubernetes-based environment
  • Own features end-to-end — from architecture to deployment and monitoring
  • Write and maintain strong test coverage (unit, integration, end-to-end)
  • Improve and support CI/CD pipelines and developer workflows
  • Champion automation and engineering best practices
  • Work closely with product, ops, and business teams to solve real-world problems

Ideal Profile

  • 5+ years of software development experience
  • Strong in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices
  • Front-end knowledge (Node.js, Flutter, or similar)
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/OCP)
  • Experience with distributed systems and API design
  • Familiarity with CI/CD, code quality, and observability tools (SonarQube, etc.)
  • Bonus: Interest in AI tools to boost development efficiency
