Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager or Senior Project Manager with experience in data centers, semiconductor fabs, or other high-tech projects. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end project delivery, ensuring quality, cost, and timeline objectives are met in a technically complex environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage full project lifecycle from feasibility to completion and handover
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to deliver complex capital projects
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and client requirements
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and risk
• Chair meetings, produce reports, and drive progress across multiple workstreams
• Support procurement, contract administration, and change control
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to client development efforts

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Chartered status preferred)
• 8+ years’ experience for PM / 12+ years for Senior PM in construction project management
• Proven track record delivering high-value data center, semiconductor, or high-tech infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, contract administration, and project controls
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to lead in fast-paced, technically demanding environments
