Job Summary:

Drips is a company that revolutionizes customer engagement through Conversations as a Service (CaaS). As a Data Analyst, you will design and deliver Tableau dashboards, gather requirements, and ensure accurate data reporting, while collaborating with various teams to enhance data insights.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, create wireframes, and deliver high-impact dashboards that meet business needs.

• Review and optimize the SQL queries that source, clean, and transform the data used in dashboards and ad hoc analyses.

• Translate business questions into clear data needs, and work with Data Engineering and IT to ensure pipelines and models align with reporting goals. You will be expected to communicate easily through verbal and written methods.

• QA your work, document key metrics and logic, and contribute to a culture of transparency, consistency, and reliability in reporting.

• Develop your technical and business skills alongside senior team members, contributing to projects that grow your data analytics experience.

Qualifications:

Required:

• 1–3 years of experience in a data analyst, business intelligence, or entry-level Data Analyst role.

• Proficiency with Tableau (or similar BI tools) and a solid grasp of SQL for querying and transforming data.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and quality.

• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and communicate clearly with technical requirements.

• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment with evolving business needs.
