Golang Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Golang Developer with a strong background in API development and hands-on experience in AWS services. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable microservices and RESTful APIs to support business-critical applications. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using Golang.
• Build scalable and high-performing microservices architecture.
• Integrate applications with various AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, ECS, etc.).
• Write clean, testable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and Agile ceremonies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (frontend, DevOps, QA) to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in backend development with Golang.
• Strong expertise in building RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Proficiency in using AWS services such as Lambda, S3, API Gateway, DynamoDB, RDS, ECS/Fargate, etc.
• Experience with CI/CD tools, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes is a plus).
• Familiarity with API security, authentication (OAuth2, JWT), and rate limiting.
• Knowledge of version control systems like Git and workflows (GitHub/GitLab).
• Good understanding of relational and NoSQL databases.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with event-driven architecture (SNS, SQS, Kafka).
• Knowledge of infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana).
