Senior Front-end Engineer

We’re seeking a Senior Front-end Engineer who combines technical expertise with a user-centric mindset, someone who can architect scalable interfaces and translate complex product requirements into elegant, high-performance web applications.

This is a high-impact role ideal for a candidate who thrives at the intersection of modern JavaScript technologies and purposeful product development. You’ll be an integral part of a multidisciplinary team creating next-generation digital experiences for enterprise clients across diverse industries.

What You’ll Do

Interface Development & Architecture

• Build responsive, scalable, and accessible web applications using modern front-end frameworks
• Lead implementation of design systems, component libraries, and UI architecture for complex platforms (e.g., ERP systems)
• Translate product designs and technical specifications into clean, reusable code
• Optimize front-end performance, security, and maintainability at scale
• Contribute to the technical vision and long-term roadmap of front-end systems
  
  

Collaboration & Delivery

• Partner with UX/UI designers, back-end engineers, and product managers to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Work closely with architects to ensure consistency across systems and teams
• Participate in code reviews, mentorship, and knowledge sharing
• Operate in an agile, collaborative environment with a focus on iteration, feedback, and learning
  
  

Quality & Innovation

• Write production-ready code with strong test coverage and documentation
• Stay up to date with emerging tools and trends in front-end development
• Continuously improve processes, tools, and engineering practices
• Contribute to a culture of innovation, inclusion, and technical excellence
  
  

Qualifications & Experience

• 6+ years of professional experience in front-end development
• Advanced proficiency in React.js and TypeScript
• Deep experience with tools and libraries such as Vite, Tanstack Router, urql, MUI, and Tailwind CSS
• Proven track record building modern SPAs and component-based systems
• Strong understanding of state management, data fetching, and routing patterns
• Experience working with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG), browser compatibility, and performance tooling
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (written and spoken)
