Two sales departments are already up and running — now we’re looking for someone to scale their impact, take them to the next level, and stay actively involved in the process.
Key responsibility:
- Approving annual sales targets and executing the company’s commercial strategy.
- Managing two sales teams, including their development and motivation.
- Working with key clients and personally participating in strategic negotiations, positioning the company as a strong market player.
Who are we looking for?
A B2B professional with experience in Ukrainian and external markets, skilled in C-level negotiations, and confident in selling complex, high-value services. You’re a good fit if you also have experience managing and growing sales teams, are proactive, analytical, and thrive in fast-changing environments.
