Experience Designer

For our Ukrainian team, we are looking for a UX Designer with strong problem-solving abilities, systems thinking that helps define UX strategies that connect user journeys across contexts, business goals, user needs, and technical constraints (or enablement). In this role, you will work across a range of cross-industry projects, from concept to execution, collaborating closely with clients, creatives, delivery managers, and developers. You will be able to communicate your UX strategy and concepts to clients through great storytelling, research, and business understanding. Your interaction design and visual literacy, understanding of global design standards, and commitment to user-centered design will make all the difference for the brands we work for.

Education: We value experience and great work above all else, and a good foundation in your craft is important. Bachelor or Master degree in Applied Arts, Visual Design, or a related field or relevant trainings.

Responsibilities

• Strategy & Storytelling: Translate complex ideas and UX concepts into clear, engaging narratives, supported by strategic thinking, research, data, and business understanding
• Systems thinker (E2E thinking): Capable of connecting the dots across multiple dimensions including user journeys, information architecture, and ecosystem dependencies
• Design Workshops: Be able to take part and help facilitate client workshops
• UX Design: Set high-quality UX design standards for web, mobile applications, and immersive experiences
• Stakeholder management / Persuasive Powers: Manage client expectations, present and articulate design concepts, gather feedback, and refine designs based on client and stakeholder input
• Experiment and apply AI tools and their effective application to design process
• Design System Management: Implement and maintain robust design systems to ensure consistency across all components and deliverables
• Prototyping: Create prototypes to communicate ideas
• Team Player: Partner with cross-functional teams, including visual designers, strategists, copywriters, and developers
  
  
  

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years in design, ideally in an agency setting, with a portfolio demonstrating strong UX, product design, and conceptual design skills
• UI/UX Knowledge: Familiarity with UI/UX design principles, user-centered design, accessibility, and design systems
• Interaction and Visual Design Literacy: While primarily a UX designer, have an empathetic understanding of visual design
• Tool Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Figma and Adobe Suite (or similar)
• Self-steering: Capable of running your own projects, meeting deadlines, and working methodically in a fast-paced environment
• Soft Skills: Attention to detail, adaptability, proactive problem-solving, and openness to diverse approaches We leave our ego at the door
• English Proficiency: Must demonstrate expert-level proficiency in English, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas, design rationale, and strategic thinking in both written and verbal communication
• Keep abreast of industry developments and, in current climate, fully immersed in AI and what it has to offer design professionals
