Founded in 2017, Zinc has a unique approach to background checking, that's redefining industry standards. We're an early-stage startup going through rapid growth.   • Interview Coordination: Schedule and facilitate interviews, ensuring a smooth process for both candidates and interviewers.
  • Candidate Experience: Provide exceptional support to candidates throughout the hiring process, creating a positive experience.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of candidates and track recruitment metrics to improve hiring strategies. πŸ“ˆ

  • Final In-person interview with Task Sam, Chief of Staff, Alastair, Head of Outbound, Bel, Talent Associate (1 hour)
