Role: AI/ML Engineer (MLOps)

Job Summary:

• We are seeking a talented and motivated AI/ML Engineer with a strong focus on MLOps.
• The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in machine learning and artificial intelligence, coupled with hands on experience in deploying and managing ML models in production environments.
• This role is critical in bridging the gap between data science and operations, ensuring that our AI/ML solutions are scalable, reliable, and efficient.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
• Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate ML models into production systems.
• Manage the end to end lifecycle of ML models, including deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Implement MLOps best practices to streamline model deployment and ensure continuous integration and delivery.
• Optimize model performance and scalability through effective resource management and tuning.
• Develop and maintain documentation for ML processes, workflows, and best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI/ML and MLOps.

Mandatory Skills:

• 2 - 5 years of relevant experience in AI/ML engineering with a focus on MLOps.
• Strong knowledge of MLOps principles and practices.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
• Experience with ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit learn).
• Hands on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying ML solutions.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Understanding of data pre-processing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with CI/CD tools and practices in the context of ML.
• Knowledge of data engineering concepts and tools (e.g., Apache Spark, Kafka).
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Experience in working with large datasets and distributed computing.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Proven track record of successfully deploying ML models in production.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
