Delivery Manager

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to oversee multiple development streams as part of a critical Global Customer Program.

The right candidate will combine managerial and technical expertise, maintaining clear communication with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, including senior executives, while prioritizing delivery speed and quality across diverse regions.

Responsibilities


  • Supervise multiple global development streams to ensure timelines and quality standards are met
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders across regions such as NA, EU, Singapore, China, LATAM
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors to align solutions and services with overall program objectives
  • Present program progress to C-level managers and address potential risks or challenges
  • Improve delivery workflows within distributed teams to maximize efficiency


Requirements


  • 5+ years of experience in delivery management, project management, or similar leadership positions
  • Proficiency in agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban workflows, and large-scale program management
  • Skills in stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and managing conflicts effectively
  • Background in overseeing third-party vendor relationships with a focus on accountability for deliverables
  • Understanding of delivery operations within distributed teams across varying time zones
  • Competency in both technical and non-technical communication, especially with senior executives
  • Flexibility to work across global regions such as NA, EU, Singapore, China, LATAM
