We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to orchestrate multiple development streams within a high-impact Global Customer Program.

The ideal candidate will effectively balance managerial and technical expertise, excelling in communication with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, including C-suite executives, while maintaining a strong focus on delivery speed and quality across various regions.

Responsibilities


  • Oversee multiple global development streams, ensuring adherence to delivery timelines and quality standards
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders across regions, including NA, EU, Singapore, China, LATAM
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors to align solutions and services with program goals
  • Track and report program progress to C-level managers, addressing any risks or challenges
  • Optimize delivery workflows across distributed teams to enhance operational efficiency


Requirements


  • 3+ years of experience in delivery management, project management, or equivalent leadership roles
  • Expertise in agile methodologies, Scrum or Kanban workflows, and program management
  • Skills in stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and conflict resolution
  • Background in managing third-party vendor relationships with a focus on deliverables
  • Understanding of delivery operations within distributed teams across multiple time zones
  • Competency in technical and non-technical communication, including C-suite engagement
  • Flexibility to facilitate coordination across global regions such as NA, EU, Singapore, China, LATAM
