Chief Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Chief Business Analyst to join our team and lead the creation of impactful solutions that drive business success.

In this role, you will work alongside cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define product strategies, establish roadmaps, and ensure the seamless execution of critical initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to spearhead transformative projects, shape decision-making processes, and enhance our business operations.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders to define key personas and outline core product capabilities
Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap that includes future releases, initiatives, and strategic goals
Work closely with business and technical teams to design a value-focused plan for product delivery
Partner with BA and development teams to break down high-level backlogs into actionable tasks and stories
Perform market research and engage with customers to define and document product requirements
Analyze and document the customer journey to improve user experience and product alignment
Monitor product milestones and ensure stakeholders are informed of progress

Requirements

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline
At least 7 years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in software development
Minimum of 2 years of experience in leadership or team management roles
Proven track record of successfully launching products or major product features
Experience collaborating with Agile product development teams
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities
Ability to advocate for user-focused solutions, even in complex scenarios
Capability to influence decisions at all levels of the organization
Strong skills in managing client expectations effectively
Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Experience performing impact analyses, identifying process changes, conducting testing, and communicating with stakeholders
Adaptability to excel in ambiguous and fast-changing business environments
Fluent in English, both written and spoken, at a C1 level or higher

Nice to have

Experience in fields such as data engineering, data science, or data analytics
Professional background in the marketing industry
Previous involvement in the creation or development of data or marketing platforms in any capacity
