We're looking for a Senior Level IT Support Technician who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. In this role, you'll deliver expert-level support, solve complex technical issues, and help optimize IT systems for one of our key clients. What You'll Be Doing: Provide expert (Level 1,2, 3) support for Windows 10 systems and business applications Maintain and update master images and scripts (VBS, PowerShell, DOS) Troubleshoot and resolve network, infrastructure, and iOS device issues Collaborate with 1st and 2nd line support teams – shift-left mindset encouraged Support project delivery, infrastructure validation, and automation initiatives Own and document sustainable solutions to recurring problems Ensure compliance with change management procedures What You Bring: Proven experience in a similar Level 3 support or infrastructure role Strong expertise in Windows 10, Office 2010, Active Directory, and scripting Good understanding of networking, virtualization, telephony, and backup tools Experience with ITIL processes (certification is a plus) Fluency in Dutch and good command of English (both are required) What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package, including Meal Vouchers and Ecocheques Hospitalization and group insurance Extra vacation days Company car Opportunities for learning and development through training programs Personalized career path within the organization Why Join Us?
