User Experience Consultant

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled UX Designer to support digital project delivery by ensuring best-in-class user experience practices are integrated from design through to execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in the design phase to ensure adherence to UX standards
• Align design efforts with the broader digital ecosystem while identifying improvement areas
• Collaborate closely with UI designers during the design creation process
• Identify reusable components and contribute to the design library using tools like Figma/Zeroheight
• Conduct user tests, interviews, and deliver clear analysis reports
• Analyze user behavior using tools like Google Analytics and Hotjar
• Interpret business needs and align them with technical capabilities
• Support the project lifecycle from concept to implementation

Skills & Experience Required

• Minimum 4 years of experience in UX design
• Strong understanding of UX theory and best practices
• Proficient in Figma for setting up wireframes with UX recommendations
• Experience with user testing, reporting, and market/user research
• Ability to perform business analysis and challenge requirements constructively
• Familiarity with project management methodologies
• Understanding of architecture constraints and design scalability

• Ability to work autonomously
• The provider should be able to propose backup UX resources during peak periods or holidays
• Comfortable in multilingual, collaborative, and fast-paced environments
